
With Winter Rowing we aim to build on the incredible success of last season and establish a solid foundation of fitness and conditioning for the boys, not only to
prevent injury but also to be competitive on a national level. We aim to make this coming pre-season a time of growth, hard work, fun, and many good memories as we gear up for the
coming camps and regattas.
Training will be made up of one or two sessions during the week (age group dependant) and then a water session on Sunday mornings, times will also differ between age groups. NB–
Students are not allowed to miss winter sport training or fixtures for pre-season rowing. If a student cannot make the scheduled training slot, they are encouraged to touch base with their
respective coaches and do the session in their own time or with a different age group. Once the winter sports season ends we will send out an amended training schedule. For now, please see the training schedule details below.
